If an actant should be added, then create a newpage for it using the button under the list. Start the name with "XX-CityName-", the ISO 3166 country code of the country for which the actant is specific, followed by the city name. Do not use the prefix for an actant that is described as a pattern that can be instantiated for multiple cities.
Description
Actants that are typically provided for a city. Often such actants are provided by the local (city) government, such as listed in any of the city maps at Local Actor Maps (Actor Atlas).
