If an actant should be added, then create a newpage for it using the button under the list. Start the name with "XX-RuralAreaName-", the ISO 3166 country code of the country for which the actant is specific, followed by the rural area name. Do not use the prefix for an actant that is described as a pattern that can be instantiated for multiple rural areas.
Description
Actants that support decision making on rural area matters. Often such actants are provided by local government, as listed in any of the rural area maps at Local Actor Maps (Actor Atlas).
