If an actant should be added, then create a newpage for it using the button under the list. Start the name with "xxx-NGO", where xxx- denotes the country, city or rural area for which the actant is specific. Do not use the prefix for an actant that is described as a pattern that can be instantiated for multiple areas.
Description
Actants provided by non-governmental organisations.
Often such actants will address issues that are not, or insufficiently, addressed by public sector actants.
Remark
If the NGO actant is specific for a country, then one can use XX-NGO- as prefix for the actant name, with XX the ISO 3166 country code for the country. In that case a reference to the actant may also be included in the country actant list.
NGO-actants without xxx- prefix have a global relevance.
