If an actant should be added, then create a newpage for it using the button under the list. Start the name with "XX-", the ISO 3166 country code of the country for which the actant is specific. Do not use the prefix for an actant that is described as a pattern that can be instantiated for multiple countries.
Description
Actants that are provided for a country. Usually such actants are provided with the support of the country's governmental institutions, such as listed on any of the actor maps at: National Actor Maps (Actor Atlas).
Remark
XX is the ISO 3166 code of the country (it is available at the National Actor Maps).
