Availability
India, questions may be asked in one of four languages - Hindi, Marathi, Kannada and English.
Blueprint
A comparable service should be offered also in other developing country languages. Especially for languages for which little educational content is available on the internet or in print, such as the languages identified at Education Initiative Book, and the languages with emerging wikipedias, listed at Wikipedia Gaps.
Actually, the experts answering questions in a local language could contribute their work also to an online encyclopedia in the language. And even better, for an article identified as important in several languages, the translation services piloted in aAQUA could suggest new article content which should only be validated and tuned by the experts of the local language prior to inclusion in the online encyclopedia.
